- Are children allowed?
- No. The Mill is a 1762 structure with original stone stairs and railings that do not meet modern child-safety codes, so guests under 13 cannot stay. This is a safety policy, not a preference, and it is not waivable.
- How many guests can stay?
- The Mill sleeps up to 8 guests. Check-in is from 16:00, check-out by 11:00.
- Can I fish the river?
- Yes — you have 1,500 feet of private access on the Musconetcong, one of New Jersey's finest trout streams. A valid New Jersey freshwater fishing licence and trout stamp are required; both can be bought online.
- Why book direct instead of through Airbnb?
- You pay no platform service fee, and you deal with us directly rather than a support queue — which means we can answer questions about the river, the house and the area properly.
- Where exactly is the Mill?
